This was the worst drive thru experience I have had in my entire life. I was held hostage in line for 40 minutes with no way to back up or leave. I ended up recording the last 25 minutes of this bu11sh!t with my cell phone to help keep my sanity. Then they say "sorry about the wait and give me some buy one get one free coupons". Next time I am driving thru bushes to get out of the drive thru! I am not exaggerating 40 minutes on this either! I have Google maps timeline gps proof! They weren't even that busy they were just slow! Brian

You order and pay for extra meat and cheese and when presented with the order it has less of each. Should be zero. This afternoon shift does not deserve even 1 point. Ordered 5-6pm. I cannot stand employees that do not take pride of what they are doing. They don't take pride in themselves. They certainly would not work for me. Some people may think this job is beneath them but u r serving people.
