Taco Bell

I know that staffing has been a problem for many businesses but this Taco Bell franchise has seemed to “solve” his problem by scraping the bottom of the barrel. It’s literally like a scene from an 80’s LA Gang Movie. It’s really sad that this franchisee has made such an investment into a business and is allowing the kinds of things to happen here that happen. I hate to say it but I did not order a side of “hate the white guy” when I ordered my taco. I also didn’t order a side of “give me back my debit card” or a side of “I’ll just deal with the wrong food later”. Pretty sure that this location is lacking a copy of the franchise standards that I’m sure Taco Bell has created to ensure a consistent experience at all locations. Maybe they should start there before they try to hire people that will truly treat it like a job.

The closing time needs to be updated. This location has caused me to lose numerous good-paying deliveries because they are closed earlier than the 3 am posted. If you want taco bell in the am hours this is not where you want to go. You can count on them as much as you could count on a jacket made of newspaper to protect you in a hurricane.

This isn't just the worst taco bell I've ever been too. It's the worst fast food location I've ever been to. They constantly are out of basic menu items or key ingredients to basically anything on their menu (beef, chicken, cheese). Yesterday I tried to get breakfast at 10:20 am and was informed they had run out of breakfast... okay no biggie, went back today at 8am when they opened, sat there for 10 minutes and no one said anything on the speaker. I assumed they were still setting up and I had an errand to run so I came back at 9:30am.... sat at the drivethru again for 10 minutes and no one answered, so I pulled up to the window and an employee inside met eyes with me and started laughing, and finally came to the window to inform me that the register was down at the window (could have told me that over the speaker) I then asked if I could just make my order at the window and she told me I had to come in to order.... okay, so I park the car and try to go inside and the doors are locked
