The atmosphere was uncomfortable.... The manager there, a Caucasian man was rude. I asked for a pepperoni pizza to our table because we were a BIG group but he said if it was out he could not make it and that type of pizza had RAN OUT so I waited for ANOTHER 2 BE PUT OUT. I ordered another "style" of pizza to my table and got it about an hour later lol.... It also didn't taste cooked all the way. U need a game card to play....No quarters!
This was the best customer service experience I’ve had at Cici’s. Been a fan of the buffet since I was a little kid and today was amazing. I couldn’t get the name of the gentleman at the cashier, but he seemed like the manager and my receipt says “David F. “ Regardless, he was very friendly, professional, and took care of whatever I had requested in pizzas. This was the first time I’ve sat at a Cici’s table and somebody came to check on us to ask how we were doing. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Service was great as soon as we walk in we were welcomed!!! Good start! Second the pizza was delicious good flavor and texture!! The manager was very helpful and professional!! We will be back!!
