Incorrect sandwich and meh fries were the only reason for 3 stars instead of 5. The person taking our order was exceptional, correctly repeated our order over the speaker and then again in person at the pay window but after getting many miles down the road after eating some lackluster fries, for McDonalds, we opened our sandwiches to find one of them wrong. We had ordered a double quarter pounder plain add cheese and mayonnaise. It had cheese but also has pickles, onions and a LOT of ketchup. So, it was disappointing, especially with just passing through on a trip and it being not realistic to go back or do anything about it. Side note* the person handing out food and drink at the second window was new, just not a people person or maybe just not cut out for the service/hospitality industry. She didn’t speak, didn’t smile, didn’t interact or engage at all.

First the manager at night 11/6/2022 Hispanic male refuse to give me a receipt second went home fries were cold burger had a funny taste Came back ask for my money back and he refuse to give to me then called the police on me. I was talking to customer service and they hear that the police was there.they apologize for that situation this is the most unprofessional way to solve a situation .you know that when they refuse to give you a receipt it's because they are STEALING.

Food is shrinking. Big breakfast is medium breakfast. I keep getting odd yet mild reaction to the food. Most tastes ok but my body is revolting against me getting it. Coffee is not great. Eggs taste bland. Can't see going anymore. Sorry but the golden arches are just brass arches in quality.
