Mobile order from today I got nacho fries and they had ZERO SEASONING on them. I also ordered a Crunchwrap with stake and fries and they didn’t put the ground beef on it and they added fiesta strips which I didn’t ask for. Genuinely not a great lunch
The food was good. The restaurant was clean. The Mexican pizza had the least amount of food they could get by with I believe.
Ordered a Nachos Belle grande and a chicken quesadilla. Got home, took one bite of a chip and it tasted awful. Asked my husband to taste it, he agreed. Tasted like soap/chemicals. He called the store, explained he wasn't looking for money back (and definitely not replacement food) but to alert them since there was likely something wrong with the batch of chips. They treated him as if he was lying and said the chips were fine (without leaving the phone to check), because they had been fried that morning. Which doesn't mean something couldn't be wrong? Very poor service. Very unhappy. Disgusted with the food.
