Applebee's Grill + Bar

Honestly one of the most disappointing Applebees experiences ever, food took well over an hr, waitress had to return 3 times to get drink orders. Had food on the table for almost ten minute before we could track Down cutlery. Maybe just a bad night but won’t be returning. Food tasted good aside from every thing else

My wife and I visited this location with another couple on a Saturday night. We had to wait 30 minutes to get seated, which is pretty good. They got us drinks quickly then it went down hill from there. We had to flag down a person to get our order taken. I flagged down what I assume was a manager and after 35 to 40 minutes after placing our order, we didn't have our food. I told the manager we haven't gotten our food or any refills on drinks. She told someone to go check on our food and went back to standing at the end of the bar talking. We finally got our food. Then the bartender saw what was happening and she came over and refilled our drinks. I noticed that the manager was just standing around talking again. Tables needed cleared, people needed seated and served. The bartender was working hard behind the bar and trying to check other people's tables. I gave the tip to the bartender because our waitress was not doing her job and the bartender was doing it for her. There were 4 of u
