Fazoli's

My first thought was that this drive through was quick and easy. We got our food and the only thing we didn’t like was the meat. The meat balls didn’t taste quite right and the chicken was rubbery.

This particular location of Fazoli's is frustrating! I got there 45 minutes after they opened according to the sign on their front doors and those front doors were still not unlocked. Covid restrictions have been over for months as far as restaurants are concerned in Ohio. They had enough employees inside to man the front plus their drive-thru. They need to pay more attention to what they're doing. The food was also not really warm. But I was hungry and already frustrated so I ate spaghetti and meatballs that was pretty much cold. That's why I won't be going back. On September 22, 2022, I supposedly received some sort of the text message on Google Maps from a lady named Lori Mosser who claimed that she was with Fazoli's guest relations asking me to send my telephone number and my mailing address to her at a link that looked like an email so they could resolve my complaint. I clicked on the link and I sent her my phone number and told her that's all she was going to get and she can call
