I ordered a breakfast meal. The drive thru cashier was either high or mentally handicapped, because he forgot my drink and sauce, and just laughed at me when I asked for them. I received the wrong burrito and a soggy hash brown. I used to work at TB so I usually understand, but this was just purely incompetent. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Our experience was great until the “manager” or whatever she was decided to yell at the person helping us at the counter telling him that we, as customers, were required to use the kiosk to order. This woman was so belittling to the cashier that we felt incredibly uncomfortable and sympathetic to the cashier. This woman should not be a supervisor of any kind. It’s unlikely we will return unless this woman receivers what she deserves. Fired.
