My family has been visiting this restaurant for 30+ years. We've always had excellent food and service. Today it was not. We arrived at opening time and were told nothing would be ready for another 20-25 minutes. We asked if we could sit and have something to drink while we waited. You’d have thought I’d asked if I could come in back and watch them cook. The host’s reaction was very rude. We left and will now probably never go back again.

I have eaten here since I have been a kid. The service and food have gone so downhill, it's very sad. I ordered sweet and sour chicken no vegetables and they gave me empress chicken instead(the chicken is sautéed in the sauce and extra sugar is added, changing the sauce completely). I called to let her know and she kept saying she told me the sauce would come on it, which she never did. By the time I got home, the chicken was soggy and the sauce didn't taste good. I told her she never mentioned the sauce on it and she kept insisting. I told her this isn't sweet and sour chicken and I think she just wanted to say it was because they messed it up and she didn't want to fix it. The fried rice was SO bland, and it used to be my favorite item to order. I had a couple bites of both and just threw it away. It wasn't wasn't salvageable. So disappointing. I won't eat here again.
