Ordered on the kiosk, which did not print a receipt. Then argued with the clerk on whether or not I had gotten a drink yet, or if I ordered one, which I couldn't prove without my receipt. Then I left to my car, to realize I had received the 7 layers nachos, and not the nacho burrito I wanted. I went back inside to ask for a fork for the nachos I received, not wanting to deal with the issue any longer, to be told that there were no forks in the building. So then I asked for the burrito I originally ordered, and was unable to prove my order was wrong, as I still had no receipt from the kiosk.
If you're ordering drive thru, make sure you know their menu. You have to order and pay from their parking lot. And their parking lot is blocked off so drive thru is the only way out. Very strange setting.
Customer service was amazing! Janna was the person at the drive through window and she had such a good attitude about her job and was very friendly. Everyone there was happy and represented this Taco Bell very well :) I can definitely say this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and I will definitely be telling others about my amazing experience and will be going back myself.
