Chipotle Mexican Grill

Argued w the server for proper portions, was definitely under weight but they felt they needed to engage w me about how well I knew how they serve their food after being a customer for over 20 years. I unfortunately hate to love this place still. Chips fresh 20% of the time, portions smaller every year. And more expensive every year. It's not about good food anymore. Kinda sad.

Absolutely the worst service ever. They have about 4 employees just standing around in the back, talking no body is helping the front. The line is out the door. I have came here several times hoping to have a better experience but this time was the last time. I do work in the food industry and understand, but the lack of help, and urgency to serve customers here is very poor and pathetic. Management should really do something about this.
