I frequent this establishment often. Quality of food & service is excellent. I have always had a very good experience...and I don't post that about too many places.

Love Jimmy Johns food and pricing , just not this location. Seriously lacking in listening skills by screwing up 2 of the 3 sandwiches ordered, then being borderline rude when asked to please fix it. Sandwich maker seemed angry that we wanted them to make the order correct. Facial expressions, slamming food on the sandwich making area, etc. I don’t need that attitude. I’ll go back to my other Montrose shops.
