It was late and we were ready to go home. They “weren’t taking orders bc they are waiting on the other crew” I tried calling and clearly no one answered. JUST SHUT THE PLACE DOWN ALREADY
Worst place ever, should be closed. Staff were eating their food while taking orders in the drive through window. Very unprofessionals and nasty. No customer service skills at all. Didn't seems interestedin their customers at all. Need to re-train your staff.
This is a taco bell where the employee is always right and customer is wrong. You pay for something and don't get it, and they treat you like a number not a customer. Do believe the disrespectful person's name was keri watch out for her.
