Great customer service and the fish, fries, and wings were phenomenal.

Food is frozen and then either thawed first or fried on the spot. Either way, not fresh by any means. The potato salad was pretty good so that might be the only thing that was not frozen at some point. Probably won't come back which sucks because I live 1 minute away.

The food is excellent, however the cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. Taking into consideration that they're currently doing renovations, the floors, fryers, and stove look like they need a good power washing to remove build-up. And more attention to cleaning all around would convey a much better impression. So I'm hoping to go back after renovation is complete and see the improvements. That said, the Cajun catfish was excellent and perfectly cooked, and the fries were nicely seasoned without going overboard.
