RAT ALERT!!!! I went to this store a minute ago and have the worst experience. It took a employee 35 min just to get one order out. I was in line when I hear a lady screaming a big RAT!!! It was my worst experience in a fast food place. Beware if you decide to go there.

If you are ok with terrible service, people that can not count money, terrible food, orders that are completely wrong after repeating yourself multiple times this is absolutely the place to be. Allow me to walk you through my experience starting at the drive thru I pull up to a sign that states mic not working you can clearly hear I wait 10min then pull to window I asked to order there was a mentally disabled gentleman at the window who advised the driver thru works and I needed to go back around to order so I went back around to the drive thru and again waited 10 min so I drove back to the window and was greeted by a older black woman who then told me I have to order inside so I park and go inside I stood in line do 20min no one was taking orders and standing around talking then the gentleman I mention earlier starts taking orders it is taking him a long time to do all orders because he is either not understanding what customer is asking or having issue counting the money while wait I

Popeye let's discuss why I had to wait 1 entire hour for an online order??? By the time the last item was ready everything else was Cold. Not to mention they ddnt have any thighs at all. And they ddnt ask if I wanted a complimentary drink or anything...Not as much as an apology. Plus the food ddnt taste like Popeyes.... the chicken taste like it wasn't soaked overnight or seasoned.
