Taco Bell

Just sat at drive thru for 5 minutes awaiting someone to respond and take my order, since i was not able to hear any response after 5 minutes, i followed the posted instructions and pulled up to wait and order at the window. I then had to wait another minute for the cashier to tell me she didnt know how to help me at the window but would grab someone else to take my order. She also claimed to have responded to me while i waited at the intercom, which she had not. Then a little boy came to the window and claimed upper management instructed him not to take my order and to go back around and start over. I was getting fast food due to being short on time so waiting another 10 minutes was not feasible. Very disappointing and not what i would expect from any taco bell i have ever been to.

Very slow drive thru. Employees seem to set the hours in which this location closes. Was up at the drive thru for 7 minutes and no one had acknowledged that I was there or even asked me to wait. Would avoid this one and go to the Anoka one or a different location.

Get to drivethru and am told “Welcome to Taco Bell, be with you in a couple minutes” okay I’m in no rush, but after 10 minutes, a car behind me and still no word from po boy working I decide it ain’t worth it. Find out there was a guy in front of me at the window that had been waiting WAY longer than myself and was honking his horn to no response ever lol had to reverse my way out of the drive thru just to get out of that situation. Person(s) working tonight was definitely not taking any orders or planning on making any tacos for people tonight. Sitting back and collecting company money lmao.
