Terrible customer service, the dude seemed like he was in a rush and didn't want to pay us any attention. They forgot sour cream we paid for for our potatoes. The food ended up tasting good, but the experience just sucked.
Stopped in an hour before closing. Waited at the drive through for 20 minutes and nobody got on. Employees where still inside. Not really sure what kind of mess they are running. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Just had an awful experience and thought I’d check the Google reviews at this location. All of these comments check out! Dodging potholes in the parking lot, waited 20 minutes in the drive through (there was 1 car ahead of me!) and the staff was just plain rude to me. Oh I forgot the main complaint. When I got home, my order was completely wrong! 0/5 never going back.
