Taco Bell

New to the area, first time going to this taco bell will not be returning. Arrived in drivethru at 1112 pm had maybe 7 cars ahead of me, didnt leave until 1215 am. By the time I arrived to the window they asked me what my order was. I didn't even remember what I got since I was damn near ready to sleep in the line.

To say we are disappointed in the Camby Taco Bell is the nicest way to say it. Completely understood the wait but the kid running the drive thru on his cell phone umm Not cool sir. Then there was our food - well if you could call it that. My husband refused to eat his Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito bc it looked as if someone had thrown up in it (pic attached). We also get it that sometimes you run out of items (like tomatoes) But that doesn't mean you skimp on the other ingredients.. a soft taco should be More than the Tortilla and my crunchy taco SHELLs would have been much better had they had more than just the shell. This isn't the 1st time we hv been seriously disappointed but it's the last. Thankfully there are more locs to choose from around us but it shouldn't have to come to us going further away from our home.. Wish Del Taco was in IN they Know how to make Tacos.

Normally we don't go to this location, but we went to meijer and decided to stop on our way home, I know it's fast food, and I typically don't complain, however, we spent $24 for our dinner, got home to eat it, and 2 of my items the chicken was rock hard, cheese wasn't melted, the beef on mine and husband's food tasted burnt, the beans were hard and the syrup was out on our drinks. Terrible, nasty old food. Will not go back.
