Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was as good as it could be probably due to the amount of staff….. and it’s hard for a bartender to also wait tables efficiently. One plate of food was cold and the other 2 unlimited garlic parmesan needed more sauce…..

This was such a terrible experience. During the awful wait time for drinks, apps, and upon food arrival; I had to fight the urge to walk over to McDonald's right next door because they could probably do it better. My burger was an absolute hockey puck when I asked for medium rare and it was COLD (did not send back for fear of waiting another 45 mins for a disappointing meal). The sweet teas had SO MUCH SUGAR that it collected at the bottom of the cups. We watched the place fall on it's face as the waitress couldn't seem to help the customers around us with anything they needed. Nothing seemed to go right. This was such a terrible experience eating out, I'd recommend just about any other restaurant or just cook your food at home. Your 5 y/o has a better chance at doing it right.

Welcoming and helpful young man host. Good waitress. Music was nice a d not too loud. Sirloin steak very good and cooked just right. There must have been 25 or 30 carryout while we were there, a good indication that the food is good. Parking: Ample handicap next to building.
