Watched someone in front of me drive away after they ordered because the service was so slow. When they handed my order to me, it must have been that person's because it wasn't what I had ordered. 11-2-22 Waited over 20min for $11 worth of food. Parking lot was vaycant when we came in but one other car. Then 11:03 am rolls around and there are cars jammed from the drive through just waiting for food or just to have orders taken. Then to be told that payment didnt go through even though it shows on our bank record it did.

I asked the teenager if my order was complete. She said yes but we didn't get the full order. I just don't understand where the accountability is. On a good note, my niece said her cheeseburger was delicious!
