Taco Bell

Our food was take out & it was terrible! I got chicken chalupa meal.!The shells on BOTH were so hard (like a rock )& I could not eat it! My husband got the burrito meal. It had been wrap up on paper without being rolled up into a burrito!Big mess! Looked disgusting! No meat on tacos with meals! Tryed to call no one answers the phone!!!! No one cares anymore!!

Drive through worker was incredibly rude, we had asked a question about a combo meal and a woman jumped on the speaker and snapped at us for no reason. I’d get it if we had been rude but we definitely weren’t.

I'd leave a negative if I could. Worst Taco Bell I've been to. Anytime we go here there's nothing but problems. They mess up your order constantly and their always messing around playing instead of working while the managers join in. Today we decide to order online to have it ready by the time we arrived. We were told the online app does not work there and that if we wanted our food we'd have to pay again. Even with showing proof that we already purchased the food. This will be the last time I use this Taco Bell / KFC location. They should just turn it into a Wendy's. Atleast Wendy's wouldn't rip people off for their money. This location must be struggling to pay the bills.
