After repeating our order multiple times, we still did not get what we ordered. The order " 2 extra crispy breasts, mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, 2 original thighs". What we got: 2 extra crisy thighs, 2 extra crispy breasts, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit with no butter honey or gravy... 3 time we have had problems trying to order food here, and good luck getting someone to answer the phone so you can get it corrected and the lobby says it's open but is all locked up. Good luck if you take a chance driving out to this location, it's a 50/50 shot it will be open....

No more buffet here. We are still waiting for them to open inside dining. Until then, we will not be back. Says masks are required to enter but doors are locked No improvement. Drive thru only but they they need to move people thru and park them. 4 minutes before cars moved one slot. Do not recommend until they improve service. It was borderline dirty every time we ate inside prior to covid The Google maps needs updated. Not open at 10am. No one answers phone and they need to updated if they have dine in and if their buffet will ever open. The Chinese restaurants make it happen

Can't get orders right, waited a long time and everyone that worked there looked confused and nobody was in any kind of hurry. I watched two people take their food orders back because they were wrong and then they gave someone else my order because they didn't check it and I had to wait even longer for my order. This place needs to get it together. Won't be back. Only gave two stars because once I got my food it was correct (after closely checking before leaving) and the quality was ok.
