Terrible front counter person. I didn't order and left. I expect a courteous welcome...I got You order off the app, then go over there. I had never been to a Starbucks before. I barely was in the door.
Plus two Equals a 7 star experience for me hands up to Olivia for her awesome customer service and my Caramel Frappe was Delicious ????❤️
Their drip coffee was too strong and bitter at this Starbucks location. I have had Pikes Place coffee at numerous locations throughout the US and this was the worst. Someone is using too much coffee and not enough water.
