I have given this Taco Bell multiple chances because I understand being busy and understaffed. I have had 3 visits in a row with missing items, this time it was the main item of my meal which is ridiculous. Please fix these communication or attention to detail issues.
Why they gotta tell cars to stop before they get to the srive thru window? I think they must have some kind of timer set when people get to window. And they found a way to cheat their counter.
Order my food, it was wrong on the drive thru screen told them it was wrong. They said no problem. I get to the window have a conversation with different employees to make sure it was right. The order jumped up over 2 dollars from the speaker to the window. Get the food home and its completely wrong. Take the food back at 8:35 P.M. when I pull in and start walking across the parking lot with the wrong order. The manager jumps out of her car and ran to the door and say dine in is closed, you have to go back through the drive thru. This was this most unprofessional, unsupervised bunch of people I've ever seen. If I could leave negative stars. I definitely would. Horrible service and courtesy.
