Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Arrived at 9:40p to be told they were “out of food”. I asked how that could be possible, and she said, “we are closed, and not making any more food.” I asked why they were closed during posted hours, and she refused to respond to me. This was the second time they’ve done this same thing to me over the past month, and the owner deserves to know about his employees stealing time(ie money).

This is the first Zaxby’s that I’ve ever stopped going to. I have been to this particular location 4 times and they have never been able to get my order correct, whether it’s forgetting to put any sauce at all with the meal; even after ordering extra or giving the wrong drink or not giving you the right amount of chicken fingers. They will also never answer their phone so don’t bother calling when you get home and something is missing. Very disappointing, would recommend saving yourself the trouble and stress and just go somewhere else.

Was in the drive thru at 4:20PM and received some of the worst service of my entire life. After being rushed to order, the order taker had a nasty attitude as if I was I inconveniencing her by placing my order. When I got to the window, the cashier had acrylic nails that were over 3 inches that curled downward. Having worked in the restaurant industry, The Jefferson county health department states that acrylic nails may be worn but that gloves have to be worn as well. I will be referring this to the health department for further investigation because this is a sanitation issue and food safety hazard and against the health code of Alabama. Update: After realizing the owners only respond to positive reviews, more action will be taken.
