ordered a large sweet tea at drive thru -- cost was $1.75; used to be a buck; guess dollar items are long gone ... and it is the highest among neighboring Mc Donalds
Awful customer service. Ordered food for 4 people, not a huge order. They forgot 2 of our sandwiches, a fry, and a pack of cookies. When we said something about the missing items they looked at us crazy even though we already paid. Made us wait 30 mins and then when we said something again they took the bag back from us, which is not sanitary, and made the 2 missing sandwiches is 3 mins, so what did I just wait 30 mins for??? And I never even got the fry and cookies, nor did they refund the money back to our card either. Worst McDonald's experience EVER, and I have been there MANY TIMES.
Terrible Service Overall. Always Missing items out of the bag. When you tell them they’ve made a mistake they give you the nastiest attitude and insist they can’t be wrong! I’d give them No Stars if I could post my review without having to.
