Horrible experience, no toilet paper in the bathroom, urinal was broken. They locked the doors in the middle of the afternoon while multiple customers were eating in the dining room, locking us in. Food was expensive for fast food and not impressive. Not a fun experience going to Taco Bell, seems that the corporation is more interested in pulling everything out of the store rather than customer satisfaction.
We had a $50 they couldn't take it so I gave change. My husband said you guys are broke these days. After the cashier said something and every single employee was comy to the window to look and laugh at us! What the hell So my husband was getting very upset they need to learn customer service. I haven't checked the food yet so let's so how that goes.
Service is not very good the food didn't taste very good lattice tasted spoiled and just not a real good exp. May or may not return I don't know but just very disappointed
