Dunkin'

Normally don’t leave bad reviews but when it happens in front of a manager I do. We Went through the drive through and ordered. Got our food and it was wrong. Went inside to get our right order and was “helped” by Mia. She seemed irritated she had to do her job to give us the right stuff. Asked to get some extra donuts while inside and wanted a pumpkin donut which wasn’t one, so I asked if they had them and she extremely rudely said they were out. I told her she didn’t have to give me an attitude when I just wanted to get some donuts and get the right order that I paid for.

Horrible customer service. The two young men were unhappy to be working and moving at a snail’s pace. He didn’t even get our donuts right for a dozen. They didn’t welcome anyone in and didn’t thank anyone for being there. Fortunately the donuts were good but with that kind of customer service I wouldn’t go back to wait for 15 -20min just to get some donuts. And the bathroom was disgusting. The sitting area was a mess and it was crazy hot inside.

The food is good but there is this one girl and she does not know how to do her job, she needs to be fired. I don’t know her name but EVERY other worker is nice. She put a lid that is TWICE AS BIG on a small cup and my mom got burned so badly we had to take her to the hospital where she was treated. After the nicest worker gave us some ice. If I ever find out she doesn’t work there I’ll give 5 stars, I’m probably not going to come again.
