KFC

Got the big box meal, every thing was so fresh and delicious except the classic chicken sandwich itself! Mac and cheese- good Fries-good Coleslaw- not bad Mountain Dew sweet lightning is almost sickeningly sweet but at least it was fresh! Do better, kfc

The commute to KFC was short. The wait in drive thru was short. The employee who took our order and served us our order was professional and kind. The food was on point..... Very good and no complaints whatsoever.

The absolute worst customer service I've had in well, ever. I was trying to order food in house, doors were unlocked and dining area was taped off. A young woman came to the front and advised me in the most un-cordial way that if I wanted to order any food it would be app or drive thru. I politely advised her I would be unable to do so because of my truck and trailer. And with venom in her voice she said and pointed to the app version. I don't write reviews, but this is unacceptable behavior. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant, and it is the service industry, but customer service is something that keeps your doors open. KFC please train your employees that respect goes a long way. And had the female employee been polite we would have used your app to order.
