Ty & all his staff are terribly disrespectful. I was assaulted. They told me they don’t have to hand me the food. I just came to pick up. I don’t understand but I will be taking this up with corporate.
Nasty a**, hard a**, stale a** tortillas. Had to tear off the old nasty parts so it was somewhat edible.
I don't male a habit of being critical but this store had the Meanest staff I have ever encountered. I explained that a disability made it difficult to navigate the machines in lobby .The rude manager was totally uncaring . I literally had to beg to get the order. There is never an excuse to mistreat Elderly or disabled people SMH)
