They should just give it up ,burger okay but the rest ????????️fries taste like they been there for days and I just left ,and it wasn't even packed so there is no excuse for it .

Good first time. Menu is kind of difficult to read on your first visit but food is good. They also offer 40+ styles of milkshakes.

I love cookout. I lived in North Carolina for most of my life and the quality of food for the price is awesome. This location is not at all up to par with any other cookout though. If you come after 2am they’re often out of literally everything almost. A few nights ago when I stopped by they had one burger and only fries “left” so I guess maybe the grill breaks most days at a certain hour. I’m used to that at Popeyes but in my 20+ years of going to cookout I’ve never been to another one that does this. Also there is definitely someone working there who has no clue what the menu looks like because half the time my house style burger is missing the first topping, quesadilla sauce. And tonight my burger was missing quesadilla sauce, tomato and cheese, and the patties were weirdly shaped and over cooked. Someone really just slapped some onions on it and was like, that’s close enough to house style.???? The one on Northside is so much better than this one. It took me a long time to finally
