Sweet Spot

Got 3 ice cream bowls with some friends as the place was empty around late afternoon on Wednesday, and the place filled up with other people real quick soon after we got our orders. Everything was super good and was presented great! I believe it was Kathy running the front of the house that brought us our bowls to our table as they came out which we really appreciated!

Omg everything tasted just like if I was in Hong Kong. From the HK milk tea, HK lemon ice tea, egg tart and HK egg bubble waffle. Also, the entree we got was amazing. The seafood over cheesy tomatoe baked rice was chef kiss and the salted egg prawn fried rice. We will definitely come back to try the other authentic Hong Kong dishes

The chow fun with beef and egg gravy was good. I'd decrease the salt level a bit and add more enoki mushrooms. The eggplant appetizer was also delicious. The desserts on the other hand, I wasn't a fan. The egg custard was fresh but lacked the eggy creaminess. The crust wasn't soft as I like it and the size was small. I'm not into salted egg, so I didn't like the French toast. I also didn't like that it was panko fried. The mochi ice cream was okay. I'd definitely come back for the hot food again. But dessert will have to be at MeetFresh
