Sushi Ring

As a sushi aficionado, I eagerly anticipated my visit to Sushi Ring's all-you-can-eat experience in Colorado Springs. Unfortunately, my expectations were completely shattered by the dismal quality of both the food and service, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by an uninviting atmosphere and an overall lack of cleanliness. The tables and floors appeared unkempt, and the lack of air conditioning served to accentuate the restaurant's poor appearance. The all-you-can-eat concept seemed promising at first, but it quickly became apparent that the quality of sushi was severely lacking. The fish was far from fresh and had an off-putting odor, making me question the safety of consuming it. The rolls were hastily prepared, resulting in unevenly distributed ingredients and an unappetizing presentation. The rice was overcooked and mushy, detracting from the overall taste and texture of each roll. The service throughout the meal was abysmal. O

Great spot, the owner is a very kind and spunky old fella who helps make the sushi, is the designated greeter and really likes Elvis. The sushi selection was pretty wide variety. We got the all you can eat and I felt like I was going to grow fins I ate so much sushi. Also highly suggest the miso soup, the recipe they had was one of the best I've had in quite some time. ????

The Absolute BEST! We met Elvis in the Seattle years and years ago and were super excited to run into him in Colorado when we moved here in 2014. This is our favorite restaurant of all time, we go whenever we get the chance, and we adore Elvis. The sushi and the service is top notch. 4 hundred million stars! Did I mention this place is the BEST? The absolute Best.
