Once you enter the restaurant. Youre greeted by "Restrooms are for Customers Only" They will never let Uber Eats driver that picks up that food FOR their customers. Mind you, there were zero people dining in. well that's not even my main issue with the restaurant. Employee do not wash their hands after dropping food on the floor, picking the food off the floor and preparing the next food. Insane. Im definitely adding this to restaurant to avoid.
I am so surprised by the bad reviews! I have lived in the Springs my whole life and tried ALL the Pho places and this is by far my favorite one. Best broth, best egg rolls, largest portion of add in veggies and soooo good each and every time. The only thing I could say is the service tends to be a little slow because they get alot of takeout orders but it's always worth the wait!!! The owner is a great person and works hard to produce amazing authentic cuisine. This is all my friends Go to place. Love Love Love!
I’m on a work trip from seattle,wa and this was the closest to my hotel. Usually where I’m from ( wa state ) pho restaurants are Owned by Asians and Asian workers so to my surprise I was greeted by an American elder lady and seemed to be a Mexican cook. Not hating. I love Mexican food btw. But the atmosphere seemed off, pricing was a little on the hefty side than what I’m used to paying. Place was completely dead. No chili oil which I thought was weird. Broth was decent, a little on the saltier side. Doesn’t seem to have proper ventilation system as I can strongly smell the grilling and see smoke coming out to the lobby area. Overall, combo pho was eh. Meat didn’t have flavor just so bland. Water tasted like tap water. I also ordered a vermicelli bowl which was okay. The sauce didn’t taste authentic, noodles were a little hard. Egg rolls were small and agian, meat didn’t have much flavor. It got me full though. 2 stars for salty broth, bland meats, no chili oil, room temp ice water an
