Smashburger

Pretty good but look forward to waiting 10 minutes for your food. It was worth it though. Absolutely delicious. I was actually shooting across the road trying to get into Chick-fil-A, a, but I turned into the next driveway, and I was so hungry, that I went ahead and said there's a smash Burger. It would have been a lot of work turning around getting all the way back around to Chick-fil-A. So I said what the heck? :)

This was our first time at smash burger. The food is good but definitely won’t be back because of pricing. It’s ridiculous to pay $40 for 2 burger meals when you get better food at Culver’s for half the price. The staff was very unfriendly. The guy taking orders acted like we were an inconvenience to him. He was wearing a mask and we couldn’t understand what he was saying and was getting frustrated when he had to repeat himself. Just not a good first experience.

This smash burger location and the quality of food served to people has consistently worsened over the last two months. My husband and have gone there every Friday night for the last couple years since it opened and spent close to 40$ every visit. The wait is longer and the food is terrible. Three weeks in a row we have had issues with our orders. I had to park after realizing they gave me the wrong burger initially after waiting 40 minutes. I went back in to tell them and they grabbed another which looked close to mine and handed it to me. I just arrived home after ordering a double bacon avocado club to realize I have one patty and no avocado. My husbands burger looks like a 4 year old made it or like it was made and thrown against the wall then wrapped up. Our tater tots are soggy and dripping with oil. I called the restaurant 10x with no answer. Smash burger will no longer get our consistent loyal business. Unacceptable.
