I ordered a footlong and a 6” online for pickup. They substituted the meat in both without asking me or letting me know.

The location was easy to find. There were limited parking in front of the restaurant but you could park at the nearby supermarket. The restaurant was clean and organized. The vegetables were fresh. The staff were aloof and unenthusiastic. The price was reasonable.

The amount of roast beef they put on a sandwich is miniscule. I took a bite of it and was actually concerned that I picked up someone's vegetarian sandwich. When I looked, I had a hard time finding any roast beef on it at all. Finally I found it. When I asked them about it, they insisted they made it correctly. They refused to allow me to return the sandwiches. When talking to the general manager the next day, she was extremely rude cutting me off from explaining why I felt the sandwich was made incorrectly only to just say there was nothing they could do. I guess with the labor shortage they'll just let anyone play manager. But really...what I bought was a lettuce sandwich. Look at the pictures. Can you find the roast beef. It's in there..keep looking.
