McDonald's

We use McDonald’s daily and this is THE SLOWEST MCDONALDS we have EVER been to! I don’t usually complain, but this is warranted. While passing through St. Louis, we will move on to another. But, we will NEVER WASTE a half an hour to get 3 drinks and a fry, again! ????

WORST McDonald’s EVER! Horrendous service. Given them chances but this was the top. Asked for a cinnamon roll CLEARLY on the menu (drive thru) and she rudely said “we don’t sell those.” I said jokingly “well, better get it off the menu” and she launched into attitude including “I only work here.” I had ordered other food but I drove away while she was yelling at me. Went to McD on Lindell - great service and attitude and guess what? They sell the cinnamon rolls. DONE with McD on Jefferson.

I have never eaten here, but I've delivered from here. This place is terrible. Day, night, doesn't matter. Terrible. This last time, the in charge was using the order I was picking up as a stand for his phone so he could FaceTime!!! This was after I had already tried to come in, the door was locked, waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru, was told to go ahead by the pay window, was told to come inside by the order window, and then got to see THAT?! Peek the video. I told uber I refuse to pick up an order from there ever again.
