The employee who makes the sandwiches does not use the protective mask and he also was talking bad things about some clients. This place needs to improve the service and quality of the products.
I appreciate subway trying to upgrade their menu but for being on the Key this subway is not up to par. Their customer service is horrible, management really needs to work on showing their employees proper customer service and corporate should do check ups as well.
Walked in and people had left a mess on two of the four tables. There was one employee and he didn't appear until 5 minutes after we walked in. What he was doing, I don't know, but the food was fine I guess. The parking situation is God awful and they still aren't doing fountain drinks. Would not recommend.
