The Empanada's Key Biscayne

A few empanadas are a hit-or-miss, but with the huge variety and great quality, you are sure to find some you will come back for! Loved the caprese, spinach, & chicken/cheese :)

Where to begin. This place was absolutely phenomenal. The young woman at the counter was wonderful. She gave us some insight on what to order, and all her recommendations were great. We tried the pulled pork w/mango bbq, knife cut steak, cheesy pampa pepperoni, patagonia sea shrimps, nutella/brownie, and the oreo Empanadas. Everyone was fantastic. They even prepared some fresh for us that were not in the case, because it was close to closing time. Will definitely be stopping here again before my stay on Key Biscayne is over. A+++

We live on Florida’s west coast, and was vacationing in Key Biscayne. I remember some great empanadas there from a prior trip, but the place we got them could not be found and seemed must have been out of business. So googled empanada and this place came up. The few reviews seemed positive so dropped by on our way home as a final stop and something to eat on the ride. Wow. One of the best things I’ve put in my mouth. Fresh. Scratch made. You can almost feel the love in each bite. I had the spicy beef, pork mango and apple pie for desert. All stellar. Family had various other empanadas, rave reviews. Small, hope in the wall, but they’ve got their stuff together. $30 for a dozen. (Or something like that). Fast. Friendly. Can’t say enough.
