I'm giving them a two-star review because of customer service. The food is excellent and as a nutritionist their ingredients are really well thought out. However, I had an issue with one of my online orders, and was not happy with the mix-up in the order I recieved, and they would not refund me, or offer me anything in return for the mix-up. I politely called and told them my concerns and they did nothing to remedy my distaste for the meal they prepared for me. I politely asked to speak with a manager and they declined that could. I asked to have the manager call me back, and my request was denied. I was told I could email the manager only. I feel like the previous cliche that "the customer is always right" and "take care of the needs of the customer" are few and far between now. A good business will go out of its way to make sure their customers are happy, or they unfortunately won't have customers. I got an açaí bowl which was a little small for the price, but it was very good, especially because of the prominent dragonfruit taste, which many other açaí bowls tend to lack. Happened upon this place just driving around looking for a more healthy alternative. Had the salmon salad. Very good. Ended up coming here the next two days for breakfast. Very fresh food and great service
