If there was a way to put Zero stars I would. Worst service ever. This location seriously needs to train their employees better especially with their customer service. I came in today to ask if they had brócoli soup and this male employee didn’t respond and walked away and went into the back and then came out and said we don’t have any. Seriously get new employees people! Never coming back to this location ever.

Old meatballs, stale bread, tea makers bag is weeks old, veggies are a week old. The stingy angry owner constantly stares at its phone watching its other store, then excessively calling the employee after every customer.

Lord Where do we start? 1. Ordered a sub on the app using a rewards deal i had earned then immediately walked in so i can customize my sub since the app is very slow when trying to customize a sub 2. I informed the young lady the online order just printed was mine and would like it made a certain way. 3. She raised her voice and said "the ingredients were already on the paper " and she will make it the way it states. 4. I informed her it would be the same as if i were to walk in and order the normal way the only difference was that the sub was already paid for 5. She proceeded to make the sub the way she wanted and sloppily tossed the ingredients on the sandwich with her bare hands and no gloves. I told her to forget it and I would like a refund. 6. Employee began screaming and crying she didt need my "harassment" for the reason being she had been overworked the and hadn't had a day off in 2 weeks. 7. Told her sorry but I just wanted a refund for the sandwich she was refusin
