Don Juan's Mexican Grill

I came here on Halloween with my 12 yr old daughter, my husband and my 1 yr old son... and we had a less than great visit there was a issue.. yet even with that being said the food tasted amazing and the atmosphere was nice despite said issue now what followed after bringing the issue up to upper management and even higher up was what will make me come back let's just say the staff here takes care of the customers issues at hand I felt that Martha and Cristal and a male manager went above and beyond trying to rectify the problem that to me is superb customer service ???? congrats on this establishment having those 3 on board will definitely return and recommend this place to others I would give 5 stars but I feel that my initial experience warrants the 4 stars I've given ...keep up the great work and amazing food...gotta try the menudo soon so maybe see me this weekend or next.

This was a great Mexican food place in nice location in downtown Glendale. The food quality is definitely better than average. I'd give it a 7 out of 10, which to me is a great score. The chips had that nice light crunchiness, and the salsas were tasty and spicy. We ordered a chicken burro and the pollo fundido. The burro was good and had a sauce in the chicken that brought it together well. The pollo fundido was well balanced with just the right amount of sour cream and cheese - not too much or too little. We also had birthday ice cream and it was a wonderfully rich vanilla, not the typical cheap stuff. The staff were very good and attentive. They worked together well and did a great job checking in with us. The restaurant was clean and had a bright interior of city paintings and Latin music. Definitely recommend a visit.

The experience I had here was perfect! The food was awesome. Complimentary chips and salsa red/green! So delicious and authentic food, the music here as well just overall good vibes. Thank you all so much ???????? My waitress was Melissa very nice & beautiful ????
