Steak & Whisky American Tavern

Ate here for dinner and we’ll it could have been better. The side dish Brussel sprouts were incredible. The drinks outstanding. But the steak was unfortunately lacking. I ordered the New York Steak and it was very subpar. Dry and just not very seasoned. It was partially my mistake of thinking that a 29 oz New York was going to be better than an 8oz filet for the same price. Avoid the New York. The service was outstanding thou.

Perfect sunset view with great food. With outdoor dining, the sloped street provides a stunning sunset view. We dined here last night with our daughter and her boyfriend. We had a great time while enjoying the food and the view. The service here was excellent with our waiter constantly checking on us to see if we need anything and timely taking our orders and bringing food out. With his recommendation, we had a perfect meal. Before talking about the main dishes, I have to mention that their house bread here is to die for. Crusty hot bread with honey butter is a perfect combination. You got to order that if you dine here. With the restaurant name after steak, we can’t have dinner here without trying their steak. The ribeye steak we ordered was perfectly cooked to medium. The flavor of the steak was fantastic. Fantastic people and fanatic food. They have an insane quantity and quality of whisky, wish I could try them all. Steak was well cooked, and the artichoke dip was delicious.
