Día de Campo

Visited with family on 8/21/22 Service was worse than slow if that is possible. There were 11 of us and food came out one or two a time over a 20 minute span. We virtually ate in groups of 3 or 4. Three of us had the seafood omelet it was good but it could have great if we had received hot.

First time here last night. Just sat at the bar and had a drink. Chill, relaxing vibe. Beautiful decor. Excellent service by the female bartender. Delicious, strong drinks. Will be back to eat soon.

Had a great experience at Dia de Campo restaurant. I dined there during Taco Tuesday and I must day from the beginning to the end, the experience was great. The waitstaff is very friendly and informative. If there was a question that they could not answer in regards to a menu request, the waitstaff deferred to the chef, who honored our request for menu. I found the food to be fresh, savory and delicious. The atmosphere was very laid-back and the decor had an industrial/California style which fit perfectly with the Hermosa Beach vibe. Entrees enjoyed for Taco Tuesday included fresh and clean Oysters ( the oysters had no debris - excellent), fresh Chips/ Gucamole and Black Bean Spicy Salsa, Grilled Shrimp Blackened Tacos, Caritas and Pollo Tacos; to which I found all of the ingredients fresh. The overall experience was great. I also have to mention, the young lady who served as the hostesses/greeter that night was very friendly and came back to check on my party. Great experience Di
