Service was great but the location was super busy. However what I assume to be the manager came out not help her employees but to make herself a drink and go to the back. Corporate should look into this. They really could’ve used the extra hands during their busy time.
It takes 25 minutes to make a vanilla latte when the place ain't even busy half the employees are standing around talking. The fact that I'm pretty sure they sold coffee to like a 7-year-old which I don't think should be allowed there's no reason for a young kid like that to drink coffee the parent that she came in with didn't look too bright either
Very friendly Starbucks! I appreciate the help and making my drink exactly the way I like it!
