Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been to this location 2 times now!! The 1st time I came I waited in line for 15 minutes and when I finally got up to order they then proceeded to say their credit card machine was down! Also they never have salad dressing for when you want to order that. Now today I go and I go to pay with cash and they didn’t have any 1’s to give me my change back. Also they had no lettuce! This establishment here in west mifflin is terrible! I would not waste my time nor to drive here. It is always dirty and you can never seem to get what you want. I ended up leaving and not getting my food because it is such a disgrace here.

Grossest chipotle ever. Rice and toppings all over the counters as they were chopping meat. The lettuce was black and the cilantro in everything was rotten. ???????????????? what a waste of money. Never going back.

I don't ever post reviews on here; and I barely ever complain especially about it being busy; because I work at a Sheetz so I get it. But what's the point of having an online ordering system if every time I go to this location I'm waiting at least an additional 30 minutes every time? I can't count how many times I've placed an online order here with a line going out the door when I arrive and still the entire line gets served before my order is done. So many times it would've been faster just waiting in line. It's online order russian roulette here. Your order may be ready 5-10 minutes early, or (most of the time) 30 min to an hour late; who knows? flip a coin. If ever doing an online order just do yourself a favor and drive a little out of the way to go to a different one. One word; S*it. Abandon ship. Avoid at all cost. This location needs to stop having online ordering; period.
