The staff are very pleasant. Tressa who is a seater at the Pleasant Hills location is just fantastic, she is so welcoming and always has a smile. I have never had a bad meal there. My prime rib is always perfect! The staff are great, just like the food!!
Experience here has been hit or miss. The servers are usually pretty good but the food can vary. I ordered a medium well bacon cheeseburger with Jack cheese and this burnt patty with a tiny pinch of cheese is what they gave me. I’m not sure what kind of sad cook could ever accept this as enough cheese or what type of manager would hire someone that thinks that is acceptable but it’s definitely alarming. Upon pointing out the issue to the female bartender, she offered to have them melt more cheese on…to the overcooked burger. It would have been nice to be offered a fresh burger instead of sending my patty back and me having to worry about the cook messing with it out of spite for being called out for his inadequacy, but I just took what I was offered so that I could get out of there. You should definitely fire whichever cook is sending out food that looks like this.
