Chili's Grill & Bar

Not the place it used to be. Complacency is the new way of life I guess. Staff was friendly but didn't get the service a hundred dollar outing should be. Had to go to the bar to get more drinks and other items we wanted. It was Memorial Day evening and only the bar area had customers. The thick ribeye on the menu (picture looked great) was like a Waffle House steak. Maybe 3/8 after cooking medium. Hate to see well done. Overall didn't feel I was appreciated for choosing Chili's. If you just want to drink and watch sports it would be good, just eat before you get there.

My burger came out hot and tasted very well. The waitress was very attentive and catered to our needs in the right times. The reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the street corn was old, rubbery, and dried out. Really was looking forward to eating that but overall visit wasn't to bad.

This is one of the worst chilis you could ever go to. Staff is not friendly, over half of our parties meals got sent back. The food was so old and overcooked I didn’t get a picture of most of the meals because they were sent back as soon as it reached the table. The waiter gave my food to someone else, saw them eating it then tried to give it to me and when asked to be remade she asked why it needed to be remade as if someone else wasn’t just eating it. Then when the manger came he smelt like he had been drinking. Over all really bad experience. Would not recommend.
