Put a sign with your hours early in the drive-thru so everybody isn't waiting in line because there is no other exit! That was a waste of 20 minutes.
If you have anywhere to be don't go here. You will sit in line for 20-30 minutes. Can't go inside. Forced to wait in the drive through
If you were going to be closed on a day when your website says you’re open, your website should be changed. There must be a manager or an owner who has the pass code to go in and change it so patrons know that we cannot get our coffee at your business today. I’m on my way to work and cannot get to another Starbucks in time. It just would be considerate.
