Terrible vibe everytime I come into this place to pick up food. I will never come here to eat dinner. This place is never busy and there is no excuse to treat people so rudely. Waitstaff is very unfriendly and everyone looks so miserable being there. With that kind of establishment being under the same ownership of the Mining Exchange, it is imperative that staff is professional and friendly. I don't see that here. I thought the new Antlers would have higher standards. Such a disappointment.

Our pizza arrived in pretty bad shape, we called the store and the manager of the store offered to bring us a fresh pizza personally to fix it.

I rarely leave reviews, but I need to say Nora is the best! We work in the building close by. My co workers and I were just talking about how great she is. She remembers us by name and always treats us like we're family. She seems to pull a lot of responsibilities and is one of the only reasons I regularly return to this restaurant. She deserves to be highly valued wherever she works. Treat her well, because she brings this restaurant business!
